Rentals:

Rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights. Information for week long, weekend or mid-week rentals in this section.

Weekly rental:

Rentals are from Saturday 5PM to Saturday 10AM.
The price includes water, electricity and wood for the fire during the winter.
Sheets and towels are not included in the price, but are available for 10 euros per person.
We can arrange end of stay cleaning for 60 euros for one house or 100 euros for the whole property.

High season

19/12/11 - 26/12/11)

Short stays:
The houses can be rented for short stays, with a minimum of 2 nights during weekends.
Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for 10 euros per person.
We can arrange end of stay cleaning for 60 euros for one house or 100 euros for the whole property.

Week-end and mid-week formula:
Our week end formulas (except during the high season and holidays) are from friday 5PM to sunday 7PM.
Midweek formula: Arrival on monday afternoon, after 5PM and departure on friday morning before 11AM.

We have a no smoking policy inside the buildings.
No pets please!

To get to Pamoja:

7 rue Maria
37460 Chemillé sur Indrois,
16 km from Loches and 55km from Tours.
The house is in front of the church, in the heart of the village.

By car:
It is advised to have a car, in order to get around... You can plan your route by using the very good Michelin website, www.viamichelin.com.

By train, you can catch a TGV to St Pierre des Corps or Tours.
From Tours, buses and trains go to Loches several times a day.
From Loches, you'll need a car or a bicycle for the last 16km.

The owners :

Benjamin is a designer and his father is an architect. Born in Canada, he grew up in Australia and has lived in France for the last 10 years. Ben loves building and drew the plans for the house himself (with the help of many architect friends!).

Nathalie stopped working to look after their three daughters (by the way, we have a lot of baby equipment, let us know if you would like to borrow some). She was born in South Africa and grew up in Asia but her roots are here, in the Touraine region. She knows the area well and will be delighted to help you discover its jewels.

We got married in the church just opposite Pamoja, so you can imagine our excitement when it came out on the market, despite its terrible state... Two years later, the main part of the house was finished... and now the second builing is done!
