Description of the Molino di Carpenosa

The Molino di Carpenosa is a beautiful old olive mill which has just been renovated. Only 700 metres from the village, Agaggio, this brand new holiday home has two houses, one with four bedrooms and one smaller one. It overlooks the Argentina river. The main house has a capacity to comfortably sleep 4 to 14 people on the first floor , with living spaces on the ground floor, a lovely terraced garden and a direct access to the river. There is also a small house on the property for up to 6 people.

On the ground floor A generous ground floor is complemented by beautiful stone arches: Fully equiped open plan kitchen with gas stove, oven, mirowave, dishwasher... Dining room with wood fireplace The sitting room has two large couches, a lovely Yamaha piano, satellite TV and a hi-fi set. Baby feeding chair and toys The south facing sitting room opens up onto a large terrace.

	The small house Opposite the main house is the small house on two floors, which is fully equipped. The first floor is a studio: a mezzanine with two single beds, a sofa bed, and two single beds and a kitchen. The shower, basin and toilet are downstairs.
