Imagine bringing your family or friends together in two large houses facing the lake, with enough space for everyone to be together… and enough rooms for everyone to have some privacy too.
Pamoja welcomes up to 30 guests in 12 bedrooms.
Two houses, four sitting rooms, fully equipped kitchens, games areas, two pianos, a billiard table, table football and canoes: everything is designed for big get-togethers.
The lake, the beach and the activities of Chemillé-sur-Indrois are within walking distance; Montrésor, the châteaux of the Loire and Beauval Zoo are close by.
“Pamoja” is an African word that expresses the joy of being together.
Two houses for 15 guests each
The property can be split in two, each house sleeping 15.
Pamoja Liptrap
A converted barn, remarkable for its volumes and light. 350 m², 5 bedrooms including one accessible by wheelchair, 4 shower rooms, a 60 m² living room with a baby grand piano and wood-burning stove, a second 47 m² living and dining room, a kitchen with a range cooker and 2 dishwashers, a veranda, a terrace and an enclosed garden overlooking the lake.
Pamoja Cooma
“Cooma” means “lake” in an Aboriginal language of Australia. 350 m², 7 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, 3 shower rooms, a 40 m² dining room facing the lake seating 30 with a wood-burning stove, a large kitchen with an oak island, a living room with a stove, a games room (billiards, table football, piano), a large terrace over the lake with tables and chairs for 30, table tennis.

Around Pamoja
The 35-hectare lake and its supervised beach are a few minutes’ walk away, with a leisure centre (pedalos, canoes), playgrounds and a restaurant. The Clic’Lac Aventures treetop park offers a tree-top trail, a giant trampoline and a zip line over the lake. Lots of walks and bike rides straight from the house.
For companies
Four living rooms so you can alternate plenary sessions and workshops, one of them with a large television for your presentations. The large living room in Liptrap (60 m²) and the dining room in Cooma (30 seats facing the lake) are big enough for the whole group. Wifi: 65 Mb/s download, 15 Mb/s upload. Canoeing, treetop adventures and zip line within walking distance for team-building.

A lovely spot for a family gathering or other events. Two cottages facing each other, well equipped, with a warm atmosphere.
The ideal gîte for a family weekend. Everything has been thought of so that you want for nothing. It is close to Beauval Zoo and you can cool off in the lake. A small but important detail: it is spotlessly clean.

Rates are for the whole property, in euros. In low season and on weekdays, it is possible to rent just one house (Cooma or Liptrap): please contact us.

Extras:
– cleaning €150
– tourist tax (depending on the number of adults and children)
– optional linen (sheets compulsory): sheets and towels, beds made on arrival, €12 per single bed and €24 per double bed; sheets only, beds to make, €8 and €16
– pets €15 per animal per stay (2 maximum).
€1,000 deposit, returned after the cleaning.
Good to know
- Pamoja is in the heart of a village: no loud parties, no music outside, quiet or windows closed after 10 pm.
- No smoking indoors (€200 withheld from the deposit if not respected).
- Pets welcome, to be declared when booking: pick up after them, bring their bowls, not on sofas or beds.
- Canoes are used at the guests’ own risk.
- Sheets compulsory: €12 withheld per soiled mattress protector, duvet or pillow.
- Even with the cleaning option: put the furniture back in place, tidy away games and toys, wash up and put away the dishes, empty the bins and take bottles to the recycling.
