A former olive mill in Liguria
A former olive mill turned into a lovely holiday home, with adventures for everyone. A little corner of paradise with a pool and private access to the Argentina stream, for holidays in the mountains and by the sea.
20 minutes from the mill, superb sandy beaches and 30 km of cycle and footpath run along the sea, dotted with restaurants and bars (hire of bikes, roller skates and pedal cars). Hiking in the morning, a swim in the sea or in the crystal-clear waters of the stream in the afternoon, a rest in the shade of the large pergola overlooking the river with a view of the mountains. Set off to discover medieval villages whose alleys twist like spaghetti, and enjoy the food in the trattorie.
Everyone enjoys the river: the little ones in the shallow areas, teenagers diving from the rocks, shooting the rapids or fishing. The more serious make pizzas in our authentic pizza oven.
The house
Il Molino (8 beds), the main house: on the garden level, a large living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting room with piano, wood stove and pellet stove, and a dining room; upstairs, 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 2 bathrooms.
La Lavanderia (5 beds): a bedroom with 2 single beds and a pellet stove, and above it a mezzanine with 3 single beds; shower and WC on the floor below.

The house is a gem in a peaceful and beautiful setting. It has private access to the river, where you can swim in the lagoons and the rapids.
Absolutely wonderful place! What an idyll! We and another family rented the house for a few days and stayed there instead of going on excursions, because it was so lovely at the house, right next to the river where you can swim in magical lagoons. I highly recommend this house!

There were 12 of us over New Year. Although I think this house surrounded by nature is at its best in summer, we were very comfortable, warm and all at ease. The kitchen is perfect for cooking whatever you like for everyone. Half an hour's drive from Sanremo, yet completely immersed in nature.
